Alight Travel is a private travel and lifestyle company providing aviation, chauffeur, film and television logistics, events, security, and concierge services to clients who operate at the highest levels of public and private life.
We are based in Mayfair, London, and operate worldwide. Every service is arranged personally, every standard is non negotiable, and every client relationship is held in complete confidence.
Alight is not a platform. It is not a marketplace. It is a service built by someone who has spent a career delivering it, and who understands what that means.

Discretion
Client information, travel details, and the nature of any engagement are never disclosed. Not to third parties, not to operators, not in any public context. Confidentiality is not a policy, it is the foundation of every relationship we hold.
Continuity
Clients are never passed between account managers or absorbed into a team structure. From first contact through to completion, one person holds responsibility. That continuity is not incidental, it is the basis on which trust is built and maintained.
Availability
Private travel and personal service do not operate on business hours. Alight is available around the clock, every day of the year. Requirements change, timelines compress, and situations evolve, we are always reachable, and always ready.

Alight does not work with every operator, every supplier, or every partner who approaches us. We work with those who meet the standard, assessed individually, retained on merit, and trusted because they have earned it.

THE FOUNDER

My career began in transport. Not in an office, not in sales, on the ground, moving people, understanding what it actually takes to get someone from one place to another without a single thing going wrong.
From there, I progressed into private chauffeur work, driving members of parliament, senior government officials, and figures who had no margin for error and no tolerance for anything less than complete discretion. That experience shaped everything.
I went on to serve at royal residences, including Buckingham Palace, where protocol is not a policy, it is the culture. Where anticipation is the baseline, not the exception. Where the standard is simply understood, not explained.
Alight was founded in 2014 on a single conviction: that the level of service I had seen and delivered at the highest levels of private and public life should be available to those who need it, arranged through one person, held to one standard, every time. That has not changed.
